Saw the video of the incident... these charges are ridiculous IMO. I'm not the biggest fan of this band but I do own As Palaces Burn.

Footage from the video which was shown on a CZ news site basically shows a fat security guard irish whipping a kid (that looks like the victim) off the stage and Randy giving a slight shove because it was happening in front of him. If this guy actually gets convicted then a lot of other bands are probably guilty as well. It was literally a one handed shove with the security guard doing almost all of the work.

It did look like a nasty fall if he wasn't caught by the crowd though...
