If something like this happened to me in a foreign country in years long ago, I certainly wouldn't go back to said country to risk arrest.

He pushed a guy off stage. I mean it's not like he blatantly killed the guy on purpose.

He probably didn't even know anything happened to the guy, which is why the whole story is fishy. If
the dude died from his injuries, you'd think we woulda heard about this sooner, not only when it
became possible 3for the authorities to catch him.

Not sure this is true but someone said they actually saw this happen. Apparently two fans got up on the stage, Randy started fighting with them, they of course, outnumbering him, beat him down and actually sat on top of him, and when he was finally able to get up he grabbed one of them by the hair and violently threw them down off the stage and they landed on their head.

Could be total bullshit but w/e. Whole thing sounds sketchy.

Well, he obviously didn't know he killed the guy or he wouldn't have gone back. Sucks for him. Perhaps they can argue self defense if it was someone who rushed the stage, but they aren't gonna be in a US court so he's probably screwed. I'm sure there's video footage.
