could be good. mechanize was pretty good.
|
| |
The recent FF lineup is so good so this will rule
|
| |
they have like 1 member who isn't morbidly obese
|
| |
^ Gene is like the quickest fatman behind a kit, though, so s'all good. Gonna be good.
|
| |
This is the first fear factory album which has a chance to beat Demanufacture since ages in my opinion. They are not looking for mainstream like for digimortal, they have the right guitarist + rhys fulber at the synths unlike for Archetype and Transgression, they have Gene Hoglan (Who brought something fresh to mechanize even if it can be argued whether he is better than Raymond Herrera or not) they don't have to prove that they are still capable of doing middle-of-the road Fear Factory like for Mechanize but they know they have to do something Brutaaaaaal. Also, Burton C. Bell dared say he wanted to do something better than Mechanize (which was already a good surprise which he could have called a perfect accomplishment instead of something that should be topped) and the cover is at last going to change after three big FF shouting to the listener: "Yeah ! It is Fear Factory we promise !" Seriously, this could be the one.
|
| |
that post was fatter than the members of fear factory
|
| |
I felt that "This could be the one that will beat demanufacture !" needed some fat argumentation to back it up.
|
| |
That's such a terrible album name
|
| |
yeah it needed *really* fat argumentation if you get what I'm saying yo
|
| |
i liked mechanize. >_>
|
| |
Yeah, but it is always cool to expect a lot from an upcoming disappointing album.
"That's such a terrible album name," Yeah, you think so too. Unless the songs are related to it in a meaningful way.
|
| |
It might not be a creative album title, but the music will rule regardless
|
| |
I'm sure Burton is going to tell us the story of a guy who is an industrialist and who transforms the world, human beings included, into a giant machine. He would be talking about traders, stock exchanges and shares and about neo-liberalism. All of this using many yelled monosyllables.
|
| |
I
AM
AN
INDUSTRI
ALIST!!!!!!
|
| |
Exactly.
|
| |
And Dino is doing semi-quavers on his nine strings guitar.
|
| |
I'll laugh if the album has a title track and has that in it Deviant haha. I remember reading that Burton wanted to do a full blown concept album this time with the artwork and story and everything, so its gonna rule just like Obsolete did
|
| |
I've got money on it
|
| |
INDUSTRIALISTS ARE OBSOLETE. ERASED, EXTINCT
|
| |
"We've become IN-DUS-TRI-A-LIIIIIIIIZED !" tagadadadadatadagagataga
I must admit I'm quite looking forward to this.
|
| |
This will (probably) rule.
|
| |
Oh
Can this be a thread where we make FF songs?
|
| |
WORKING.
CHANGING.
BECOMING A MACHINE.
TURNING.
GRINDING.
MECHANICAL SCREAMS.
IN
DUS
TRIALIZED!!!!!
IN
DUS
TRIALIZED!!!!
do do ba da bede DEDE
tshatshtashtashtahstahs
|
| |
I don't believe any instrument in fear factory can produce a "do do ba da bede DEDE" sound. Unless Burton actually goes "do do ba da bede DEDE" which would be totally awesome as a chorus.
|
| |
Awesome news.
Mechanize still rocks.
|
| |
Will be good
|
| |
Judging by Mechanize this should be quite solid. Also if they dropped the 'The' from the title it would sound better.
|
| |
fuck yea
|
| |
New Meshuggah in March and new Fear Factory in April! What more to want!!
|
| |
April?!?
|
| |
Dino
|
| |
Mechanize didn't age well at all and I find it quite boring now tbqh. Sort of looking forward to this.
|
| |
Awesome. Gonna be honest I loved mechanise... to the point were I'd slot it in second place after demanufacture.
It sounded like they had a new found energy, so I'm looking forward to this.
|
| |
Mechanize is still great minus a couple of tracks. really looking forward to this
|
| |
What is Burton going to make industrialist rhyme with ?
Resist ? I am the industrialist. I am the one you should resist ?
Persist ?
Fist ?
Accordionist ?
|
| |
I was just thinking the other day "I wonder if Fear Factory is going to make a new album soon..?"
I'll probably check it out, though I don't listen to these guys anymore
|
| |
Band's work gets old fast. Will be no different with this album.
|
| |
lol
|
| |
Obsolete has great replay value though.
|
| |
Ouch!
|
| |
demanufacture never gets old
|
| |
yea
|
| |
Straight 5-ing this....... straight away!
|
| |
i know you will lol
|
| |
Need to check these out, Gene Hoglan such a boss drummer (favourite of all time along with Iggor Cavalera).
|
| |
Fuck, I thought this said New Fear Before Album. Dammit.
|
| |
faggot
|
| |
It is good to see that those talented industrialists have been busy concocting a new album in that fear factory of theirs.
|
| |
faggot [2]
|
| |
Actually looking forward to this. Mechanize was one of their best releases. If it's anything like that, it will be worthwhile.
|
| |
Hell yeah!
|
