RONNIE
|
| |
Demos were all atrocious, and apparently they wanted to sound like a "post-hardcore version of MCR" so they got the guitarist to write very Pop-Punk-esque lines...
Will listen later.
|
| |
I actually like this a decent amount
|
| |
catchy, sounds like a more pop-oriented TWA
|
| |
I get it.
|
| |
Band picture makes me want to not listen to this
|
| |
I'm unsure about how I feel about this. There are parts that I can really nod my head to and enjoy, and there are parts that I really dislike.=m abd wish would just stop.
The 'heavier' sections honestly sound like 100% B-Sides to ETF first LP.
|
| |
this is awesome
|
| |
I liked it, obviously one of the pop twists Ronnie was talking about, can't wait to hear the rest of the tracks
|
| |
It's a fun song. I'm a bit disappointed they hopped on the whole "synthcore" thing, but they pulled it off. Ronnie's voice is a breath of fresh air in the genre.
|
| |
Escape the Fate 2
|
| |
the synth wasn't too gay which was surprising
i always loved ronnie's voice in etf so there's that
harsh vocals are good
lyrics are better than etf but needa be a tiny bit less cliche lol,
loll @ the "this war is mine" and "I just learned that my fate is something I cannot escape"
me likely
|
| |
I used to be really big on Escape the Fate and blessthefall, so when craig joined escape the fate I was like alright sweet. this war is ours was kinda...bland, and their new album was terrible. This, however, sounds like good ol ETF, like it could be the follow-up to dying is your latest fashion
Anyways, I was a little disappointed in this song tbh. It felt kinda pieced together, and I didn't like his vocal delivery. Hoping the rest is better.

this
|
| |
This is good. Might be better than anything ETF has ever released.
|
| |
@comatorium: oh god i saw my post being quoted and I thought I was gonna get slammed haha.
Anyways, does anyone else hear the skipping in the song? There's one between the 2 verses, one during that keyboard thing, and one after the breakdown. I found a version without those skips, but there were other things wrong with it.
|
| |
"This is good. Might be better than anything ETF has ever released." Don't you mean WILL be better than anythin ETF has done?
|
| |
I haven't decided for sure yet. The Webs We Weave and Situations are pretty good songs.
|
| |
already sounds better than the current escape the fate.
|
| |
@mabbit, the song was leaked or something and pple had to piece parts together, this isn't a real released single
|
| |
Really cool song, glad ronnie came back with the same sound he had when EF was good
|
| |
killer
|
| |
You don't want to look like a girl in prison.
|
| |
This shit would have flown in 2006, but not now.
|
| |
That was excellent
|
| |
That's what she said.
|
| |
I notice it says "Rasied" by Wolves as opposed to "Raised" Is this a typo or is this band just shit at life?
|
| |
sadly it's a typo hahah
|
| |
sucked
the synth thing into shitty breakdown.. lolololololol
|
| |
awful, really.
|
| |
fun song i liked it
hope band doesn't overuse synth on album tho
|
| |
sounds like old escape the fate (good)
|
| |
I like Escape the Fate. Not the latest album, but everything before that was alright-to-great.
And this is alright, but really resembles "The Sharpest Lives" by MCR. Loses so much credibility.
|
| |
I don't really see the similarities tbh, and I've listened to the Black Parade a lot.
|
| |
wow.i did not enjoy this band
|
| |
Love old Escape The Fate, and tbh, i really like this. Catchy, heavy, and god i've missed his voice...
|
| |
Not sure about this, the 12-year-old in me hasn't awoken just yet, but this is better than anything Escape the Fate's doing now.
|
| |
I agree with everybody saying it's good to hear his voice again
"I don't really see the similarities tbh, and I've listened to the Black Parade a lot." the guitar riff and vocal delivery during the verse is very similar to "the sharpest lives"
"@mabbit, the song was leaked or something and pple had to piece parts together, this isn't a real released single"
okay cool.
|
| |
Man get that synth outta here. I used to love old etf but this song is not what a I wanted although it
isn't bad it's really not good either. It's a shame cause I really wanted to like this.
|
| |
Epic.
|
| |
Why does the ending sound like it cuts off in the middle of the chorus?
|
| |
Thirteen year old me is happy
|
| |
I notice it says "Rasied" by Wolves as opposed to "Raised" Is this a typo or is this band just shit at life?
Sorry. Fixed it.
|
| |
Was ok until that synth came, then I vomited.
|
| |
loved etf with ronnie. this fulfills my expectations.albums going to kick ass. fuck the haters.
|
| |
you hate on the haters? makes you a hater.fuck you too
|
| |
It's sort of hard to make an opinion based on this, maybe wait until there isn't an absolutely deplorable 128kbps patched-together leak.
|
| |
just so everyone knows... this is not the full song. it may sound choppy because whatever is missing will officialy be released on june 7th... im assuming there will be guitar solo somewhere(?). this was a "leak".
