They're really pushing this, it has its catchy moments and some emotional appeal but it pales to some of their past works imo

I never noticed this song was about New Orleans until I saw that vid. Song isn't good though. Also even if the way he wrote it was shitty, they could have re-written it in better form and still given him credit. I see where he is coming from but yeah.

I said New Orleans. Not Katrina. New Orleans was effected by the oil spill and they specifically say Crescent City in the song. Way to be on top of things though.

@Thompsonhunt ya thats completely false. The members of Rise Against are all activists and do everything they can to help out the people and things they write about. Look at their website, it has links to all kinds of charities for things like this and they are big animal activists too. They go to all kinds of events to support these causes. You're statement is ignorant and false.
