Yeah, not so good of a compilation. Good bands include: Opeth, Dragonforce, Arch Enemy, Mastodon, Iron Maiden, and Lamb of God(although they picked a bad song for them).

Meh, the second is the best. If the tracklist was more promising my post would have been something like this.

i like the headbangers ball stuff...i don't like the show too much...but it always has bands i like and sometimes i find out about new stuff...i first heard meshuggah on the first headbangers set.

i didn't know most of these bands we're all of the sudden mainstream...wow,metal changed a lot in the last few years...

at least mtv is trying and there is more metal than ever...

i hate mtv to though.

Fuse is kinda like MTV, but they show ALOT more rock videos and performances and ALOT less rap and r&b stuff.

Dragonforce on an MTV compilation?

Wow...

There's some decent stuff on there, but overall, it's the same as MTV. Good at first, generic 3 days later.

Wow. Out of 38 total songs, there are three good ones. Way to go MTV.

There are some good bands there but most of them are just mainstream metal.
