It's so...poppy....
Can't say I don't like Gillespie's voice.
Cheesy lyrics.
|
| |
not going to like it unless i can hear it first
|
| |
overall. not very good.
|
| |
He's releasing a solo album?
Then what have been the last two Almost records been?
|
| |
Yeah, he played all the instruments on the Almost's debut...
|
| |
As much as I like the guys voice and contribution to Underoath, I can't stand the direction hes taking.
I mean really, theres many many MANY other topics to sing about other than God.
|
| |
This is his "gospel" album.
|
| |
willie nelson did a gospel album and it kicks ass.
|
| |
it was good, just sounded nothing like aaron gillispie
being a christian myself, i find the lyrics fine just uncreative..
|
| |
Gospel did an album and it kicks ass.
|
| |
i have a feeling this album is gonna be so bad
|
| |
Aaron's voice is good. But his songwriting is not good enough to make this worth Liking to listen to.
|
| |
Gospel did an album and it kicks ass.
yeah but compared to willie nelson's gospel album it just sucks ass.
|
| |
Watch he is gonna regret leaving underoath when it comes out lol.
|
| |
gospel is massively overrated
|
| |
^ at first i thought this said underrated and i was gonna say ummm ... how ? But I'm not gonna listen to this simply because I'm not in the mood to hear about God.
|
| |
Didn't listen because Facebook was asking me to hit the Like button.
|
| |
Dude sucks at life. And he's a prick. His music sucks too because he isn't a good songwriter. karma will eat him alive.
|
| |
I was just going to write that bloc.
|
| |
Too high on God to care about or write about things that do not pertain to God.
|
| |
hahahahahahahhahahhaha
|
| |
why would you call an album a song?
|
| |
for those saying he's not a good songwriter, remember that he did write every song on They're Only Chasing Safety. While they're not all fantastic, they're still a head and shoulders above his Jesus-themed song.
I miss his voice in underoath, but Daniel is a better drummer imo.
|
| |
I didn't think I would miss him in Underoath. Either it is a coincidence that I liked the previous 2 albums more than Disambiguation... or he contributed something that is now missing.
|
| |
Aaron wants to make music the young people like so he can spread the word about Jesus.
|
| |
God is fun, god is fine,
If you ain't converting he's gonna break your spine.
Watch him murdering, watch him killing,
It's all good, in the context he's just chilling.
Don't think for a second he is bad,
Doubting his goodness is gonna make him mad.
You'll burn in hell unless you convert to the chief,
Maybe that's the reason I lost my belief.
|
| |
I'm pretty positive he did not write every single part on the they're only chasing safety record. might i also add that they kept a lot of the same values in their music now that he is gone, indicating he can't have been the one bringing that sound.
|
| |
it was jesus.
|
| |
song is ridiculously bad
|
| |
What in the fuck is up with these bands/artists bribing people into liking their stuff in order to "get something". This is getting ridiculous.
|
| |
I don't miss him in Underoath one bit.
|
| |
This sound fits his voice more.
|
| |
I'm a Christian and I hate worship/gospel music. I won't to church simply because the music is boring, uncreative, and repetitive.
|
| |
god this sounded even gayer then gay porn. and that's fucking hard to accomplish.
|
| |
Thank god he's out of Underoath.
|
| |
Dude.... Fuck god, and fuck this guy.
....New Underoath album rules tits.
|
| |
^lol i agree.
