Sweet! Love these guys.
| |
Awesome. Dog's Blood sounds really good.
| |
I'm holding my verdict until I hear the EP, but the live version did sound good. : )
| |
New song sounds awesome. I don't like the album art though.
| |
I really like the album art.. its way different to the Young Cardinals one... its quite punky. a band being doing something different to their last record is always a good thing, even if its a bit worse
| |
but I fear change :|
| |
It sort of comes across as a regression. Their album art has 'matured' in line with their music and now this album art comes along and it sort of resembles that of an immature punk band...
Ehh I dunno, maybe I'm being over-analytical. It's way past my bed time.
Still, look forward to hearing the rest of the EP.
| |
this will be perfection like everything they do. [2]
andcas, what was your favorite album by them?
| |
Crisis is my favourite.
| |
Mine too!
Closely followed by Watch Out! and OC/YC
| |
crisis, man.
| |
That song "Crisis," and "To a Friend," just never get old.
| |
No love for Alexisonfire (Album)?
That probably my favorite, then Crisis, then Watch Out! and OC/YC
| |
I don't like OC/YC, it didn't grab me like the old stuff.
Glad George went back to his old vocal style, too, I really liked Dog's Blood.
| |
For real. I still love 'em, though.
And the self-titled was more wankery than anything else. It's not quite up there with the others, in my opinion. I regard it separately.
| |
watch out! pwns all
| |
i'm looking forward to this cuz i sense that they are going back to their old style like Watch Out! which was arguably their best album
| |
As long as it's straying away from "Old Crows / Young Cardinals" I'm happy. Was really disappointed with that one.
Really looking forward to this one
| |
Awesome. These guys rule.
| |
Cool.
| |
album art work is hilariously amazing and the song was great even live, im stoked
| |
should be good
| |
this will be solid. great band.
| |
artwork is so Scene... i hope its supposed to be ironic...
| |
like your face
| |
This is glorious news! I will buy the vinyl when I see them in Victoria with La Dispute (soooo excited).
Terrible artwork though.
| |
This is a violaaaaaaationnnnn
| |
Band member's girlfriend is a host on muchmusic so it is the only "screamo" that most kiddies are exposed to around here.
| |
This is a pretty soft band why does it have a death metal album cover lol

This is a pretty soft band why does it have a death metal album cover lol
udum?
| |
andcas... im sorry but how can you like their newest album? that's right when I stopped liking them. ugh george's voice just got all raspy and shitty.
glad he's back, also, crisis is the titses album evar.
actually no watchout!... fuck. well one of those 2.
| |
Look forward to it.
Tight music and can't get enough of Dallas' melodies.
| |
Sweater
| |
sounds like a return to form
| |
a return to form!!
self-titled and watch out.
i remember when these guys were giving out demos at our local skate park :D
| |
so stoked for this. crisis is such a great album.
| |
have you heard watch out?
| |
yeah i have. i was introduced to this band through crisis though so i heard watch out! after.
| |
They sounded the best when they had Jesse.
| |
Except Jordan is a better drummer. And no.
| |
Not really. The drumming on Watch Out! is a lot more creative than on Old Crows.
| |
i started listening to these guys with watchout, then self titled, then crisis, then NOT their new one, then most likely (and hopefully) this one... :D
| |
But the drumming on Crisis is better than that. Watch Out! is great, though.
| |
no i was just listing the order in which i heard the album, i like watchout and crisis the same. and self titled a bit less, just because of the high quality sounds :P
| |
rough hands is such a ridonkulously good song
| |
That was actually @IamtheNightstars.
| |
I'm pumped for this. The song sounds good, and I think the cover looks pretty cool.
| |
this cover art similar to watch out! cover art? i like.
| |
Fucking love Alexisonfire. period.. .. ... .
| |
song is _huge_.
| |
Watch Out! was the first album I ever bought. Im a cool guy.
| |

yeye!
| |
what in gods name is a cassette?
| |
oh god you dont let their sounds mingle in the airwaves at the same time do you PinkBlackBerry. AOF ought to bitch slap you.
| |
watch out! wins because of Side Walk When She Walks
beuh beuh
| |
Alexisonfire s/t was their first and last good album
| |
clearly
| |
epic EP cover art
| |
I met AOF, Told them of this and they dubbed me King of alexisonfire-land.
I was also drunk when this happened so the details may be shotty at best.
| |
man, that text is atrocious. The art would probably be alright by itself though.
Either way, I'm pretty stoked for this.
| |
Not digging the art, but I am digging the song.
