Woo will listen when i'm off work. Used to love this band.

sounds exactly like every song off the last album.
the last album was dull. please god let the rest of the songs be at least a little more varied
| |
so stoked
althought the above comments make me wary
| |
Disappointed
| |
If they stick to RItF formula it would be great success.
| |
They should get Howard Jones back as a guest. Elysium kicked large amounts of ass.
| |
A Snow Capped Romance was awesome. All downhill from there. *sad panda*
| |
Is it just me or do the vocals sound kind of... amateurish?
| |
I'm not gonna lie, and not to sound silly but I really didn't even realize these guys had put out anything past Snowcapped... I NEVER hear about them or know anyone who listens to them.
| |
the singles from this band are often meh, the rest of the songs on the album are usually MUCH better.
| |
eleventhsun where do you live??
| |
This is not very exciting at all. HOWEVER, "At the End of August" didn't impress me much either so I'll still hold out hope for the rest of the album. If they can't get back to their peak, I at least want it to be as good as Rest Inside the Flames.
| |
damn it sounds like its going to be Tide and Takers part 2
| |
If this album isn't more like snowcapped I'm going to shit on the floor in frustration
| |
The only reason "A Snowcapped Romance" sounded the way it did was because they enlisted an "emo" based producer, James Paul Wisner. As long as Steve Holt, 36CF's guitarist, keeps producing their stuff, nothing original sounding will come from this band.
| |
I dunno, it was ok. I liked the chorus. Production is also quite a bit better than TaiT. But yeah, these guys will never top Snow Capped Romance. And anyone who says that Rest Inside the Flames even came close is wrong.

Old news
| |
Meh, thought it was so so.
| |
Band only ever had a few songs on the right side of meh. This is not one of them and expect nothing more from the album.
| |
I thought the song was fucking great.
Please don't hate me for being a huge fan of this band, pretty much all their cd's and this song.
| |
Lace me up , lace me uuuup
| |
they suck now. they should be as good as bitterness the star
| |
A Snow Capped Romance was awesome.
| |
Yeah, I was pretty unimpressed at first, but after a few more listens it's really growing on me. Not the best thing they've ever done, but it's interesting, just has a nice vibe.
| |
BTS, ASCR and RITF were all good albums imo. last album was ok.
This new song just sounds really generic to me, only the chorus saves it
| |
I wasn't a big fan of the first single off The Tide & The Takers though, and 'We Gave It Hell' really wasn't that good a track compared to the rest of the album so i'm still pretty pumped for this record
| |
The only thing I go back to The tide and it's takers for is the all night lights, that's a smashing song
| |
The All Night Lights is one of the best things they've done. That and The Back Harlow Road were the only really standout tracks on TTaiT, but the album has a whole was alright. Same goes for RITF...On Any Given Night, Elysium, and I'll Go Until My Heart Stops were the only really great songs, but the album was bad by any means.

| |
Well now I'm really fucking excited to hear this album
| |
The song is great...no question about it....the issue here is are they incorporating in the right style. They were nu-metal at first, then the became like KSE and now they are post-hardcore or something like that. They should go back at being like KSE (I'll go till my heart stomes) If you ask me.
| |
I'm liking it.
| |
I'm in Canada... I know people used to listen to them a while back, but not recently
