Walter Sear Dies 2010-05-07 by Skimaskcheck | 11 Comments | Walter Sear, the founder/owner of the analog-dedicated Sear Sound studio, original Moog collaborator and composer has died, aged 80. According to The New York Times, Sear passed away in Manhatten due to complications of a subdural hematoma following a fall.
Artists such as Sonic Youth, Björk (Vespertine), Lou Reed and Wilco were notable collaborators with his Sear Sound studio.
