I didn't like it the first spin. But I'm on probably my 9th or 10th time through it now, and it's infectiously catchy and I've fallen in love.

The Con was good so I'll probably check this out eventually.

So far, I'd give this a strong 4; it's their most produced album. Just as good as the Con and maybe just a little below So Jealous.

Fantastic as most always- some of the Tegan songs get me excited for the alleged side-project she has with Hunter Burgan (Bassist of AFI).

Albums hot. I just started listening to them on the con. This is a lot less guitar focused, there seems substantial musical growth between the last album. A lot of fine tuned electronic extras, keyboards. Really tight/clean polished production. Sounds pretty great and a more alternative influence.
