Yeah, but i'm thinking you might be taking my comments too seriously...
I may not like them, but I can respect that heaps of people adore them. They are a huge band and I can't deny that, they just don't do much for me personally. Much like say, Green Day don't do much for people on this site, yet they can sell out worldwide arenas and are one of the biggest bands in the world. (but let's not start another argument...)

If it werent for bands like Sabbath/Heaven and Hell paving the way for ambitious heavy music, we wouldnt have the grandoise Opeth.
And yes, this album is quite a kick in the pants.

Eh, I'm not gonna lie, Bible Black made me cream myself, but nothing else in the album truly stood out. Only listened through once, I'll definitely run through it a few more times.

I would hardly call H and H ambitious heavy metal. I kind of think they dumbied down their sound when Dio came onboard.

For its time? I think so. But I do agree they dumbed the sound down when Dio joined, but that doesnt mean its not good.
