JUN 12 - Arizona indie-rock act, DEAR AND THE HEADLIGHTS, have just announced a July headlining trek with Paper Rival. The tour won’t steer too far from the west coast, but fans on the east coast can rest assured the band will be back before the year’s end.
Earlier this year, the band set out on a month-long tour with pop-rock giants, Paramore, and fellow Arizonians, Jimmy Eat World. During their headlining trek, DEAR AND THE HEADLIGHTS will take the stage with Jimmy Eat World again in a support slot for 5 shows between July 15th and 20th. Before the start of the tour, the band will join Jimmy Eat World and Minus The Bear at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona on June 18th.
The band just wrapped up recording with producer Bob Hoag at home in Arizona. Hoag also produced the band’s last album Small Steps, Heavy Hooves. The sophomore effort (title TBA) is set for a Fall 2008 release. DEAR AND THE HEADLIGHTS will be playing tunes from the upcoming release on their four-week tour
