Nazis aren't concerned specifically for your politics... it's first and foremost, your skin colour, heritage and physicality (personal politics is WAY down the list).

maybe I'm naive, but I just don't take band neonazis as a serious threat. as far as I can tell, NSBM is full of insecure fools who need a cheap way to feel superior. not quite the Wehrmacht we're dealing with.

there are mixed opinions in the Avantgarde Music (Abigor's label) camp about how/whether Abigor fits into the label's philosophy (generally lefty). so this makes sense to me.

Nazism is an ideology that is inherently violent and based on repression and genocide. Anyone who supports nazism is actively attempting to get people killed even if they do not directly participate in violent action. To be a nazi or support them/be sympathetic to their beliefs is by definition attempting to cause harm to others and it provides cover for openly violent racists who do murder minorities - something that the black metal scene has had a problem with in the past. The only reasonable response to beliefs like that is to tell the people who hold them that there is zero tolerance for their bullshit and that we will celebrate when they die.

Pete was an outstanding musician and Abigor is a very important band of the genre.

Black Metal is not supposed to be nice or gently in any kind of way. If you do not get this, maybe listen to Dance Gavin Dance.

As long as a musician is not comitting any crimes, I do not give a fuck about his beliefs or if he is a left winger or right winger.
I am not friends with those musicians, all I do is listen to their music and if the music is as amazing as Abigor's, I am eternally thankful for this.
