Armagedda The Final War Approaching
Very strong debut filled with old-school lots midtempo riffs. It contains some bangers like "Skogens mörka djup", "Unholy Sacrifice", "Undergång".

Lucifer (DE) Lucifer V
Very well written and performed heavy/doom/hard rock album (yeah, all that once). Personally I wasn't that hooked by it, but I admit it's a good one. I think I have identified a few melodies which was inspired by Europe, which is nice.

Vagtazo Halottkemek Eletzuhatag
Hard to describe this. It the Hungarian etnopunk, where punk and ancient shamanic music could co-exist. Weird lyrics, weird "live" sound, but this album has its own unique charm. Just give it a go after a long day and enjoy the Attila Granpierre's chantings and the flow of punk-and traditional folk melodies.

Nemedian Chronicles The Savage Sword
What a bombastic album! The very best Conan, The Barbarian-inspired album I've ever heard. Epic and cinematic intros, some narrations and samples, lots of 🔥fiery🔥 riffs and solos, pleasant additional oriental melodies and instruments (see in "Black Lotus/The Curse of Thog"), and also: absolute professional mix and mastering. The entire release sounds huge, the balance between the vocals and the instruments is spot on, and of course: it's about Conan, which is epic by default.

The Night Eternal Fatale
This is pretty cool heavy metal, in which the band succesfully implemented the insertion gothic rock elements into their sound. But unfortunately, this is mixed pretty badly... the singer is way too loud so most of the time we can barely hear the instruments, which is real shame since the band itself is lot better than their singer. Just shut up man, let the others jam a little bit.

Ihsahn Ihsahn (Orchestral)
I daresay: this is the better version of the self-titled album. These themes worked much better this way. I believe Ihsahn should really consider writing film scores or something in the future, because this was really good!
