It's hilarious seeing the complaints in this thread. This has literally been Amon Amarth for like 15 years now. Is it standard Amon Amarth? Yeah, but that's hardly a bad thing. If you're coming to this band for something unique or out there, you're in the wrong place. Song is run-of-the-mill but fun. Seems like just a quick little anthem for them to do during shows when their fans pretend they are rowing

This opinion is such BS, there's a difference between using the same formula and being by-the-numbers and uninspired. I love this band but they have sounded like autopilot for some time now.

Look, there's no doubt that albums like Versus the World, Fate of Norns, and With Oden on Our Side were a little more ambitious but they've seriously been turning in stuff that are on the same level as each other for well over a decade now and I don't see any reason to look down on this song in particular lol And I say that without any malice for any album they've turned out in the last decade-ish other than Surtur Rising. They are a fun, easy band to listen to. It's really not that deep.
