This isnt very good. Very uncharacteristic of DGD
|
| |
How predictable that DGD is following the non-album singles trend.
|
| |
DGD has been doing stuff like this for years though?
Song rules.
|
| |
when you get as famous as them business dictates. agreed about not liking the song though.
|
| |
Sure the song has a catchy chorus but just about everything else is meh.
|
| |
DGD has done non-album singles in between full albums since DBMII.
Tilian already announced that these singles are not even on the next album.

this > head hunter

This site is full of squares lmao songs catchy af
|

ok I've officially gave up on Dgd ever making exceptional music again
|
| |
nah headhunter was better than this

Whats with the annoying “ding” sounds throughout this song

This > head hunter [2]

It's too early to tell if I like this or Head Hunter more but I like them both a lot, I know that for sure. This is nice and funky.
|
| |
Headhunter was better but this is a solid jam. Song is 100x better without the video
|
| |
How is anyone negative over this song? its straight up a dancy jam. Excellent one off single and so different from head hunter. They contrast nicely.
|
| |
most derivative, simplistic pop rock they could have thought. they're putting in 0 effort. stop enabling this idiots. DEMAND SOMETHING FROM THE ARTISTS YOU LOVE
|
| |
do you not hear that bass mate? shit's tight.
And besides, they put out Mothership only a little over 3 years ago. They get a pass for the next decade
|
| |
how is this pop rock in a traditional sense at all? this is funkier than they've been in years. i don't get some of ya'll
|
| |
Also half of Artificial was like really heavy so the comments about them dropping their edge confuse me as well.
|
| |
and if it's not heavy enough for ya, check Secret Band's new LP
|
| |
"most derivative, simplistic pop rock"
that's just hilarious you hear this song and think that
|
| |
I'm as big a DGD as anyone else, but the chorus is the only good thing here. I'm also getting a little worn out from their songwriting a bit. Instrumentally they are still pretty killer but vocal writing tends to be:
4 lines Tillian
4 lines Jon
Tillian chorus
Jon post-chorus
Repeat
Atmospheric break
Chorus
Getting pretty stale imo.
|
| |
But the random DINGS?!?
|
| |
some of these comments make me cum less
|
| |
idk sounds like a dgd song to me
|
| |
Chorus slaps
|
| |
These guys are too old to be playing young man's music.

What does she know? She's dead
|
| |
Decent song.
|
| |
Sounds like a b-side from Mothership but is still pretty good.
|
| |
Fun single, as usual. Most of their singles are pretty bouncy and unrelated to their albums. Pretty much as expected.
|
| |
most overrated band of all time
|
| |
No they deserve their popularity

No they deserve their popularity [2]
Was originally pretty skeptical of them, but they grew on me massively after Mothership
|
| |
Love this band and pretty much everything they've put out but this song is fucking BLAND
|
| |
yall are lame. This song is a super fun and funky single
|

song is amazing
|
| |
Song was really fun
|
| |
this sucks nuts, why has tilian forgotten how to write good hooks? and mess is as cringe as he's been the last a couple albums, yuck
|
| |
How anyone can hear the lead up to the chorus and the chorus on this song and think this isnt Tilian on his A game I can't understand.
