In Cauda Venenum is my favorite track by them atm. Red Hands has grown on me so much and now it's a close second

Bitter Suite 1 and 2 grew off me so hard for some reason whereas Bitter Suite 3 slowly became one of their best songs imo

Wow, this would have been awesome news like 5 years ago. Hopefully they keep the old tried & true sounds of the first three acts as opposed to the color spectrum (Which were also cool) and Migrant (Which I did not enjoy).

I've struggled to get into anything by these guys that wasn't The Color Spectrum. But I feel like I'm long overdue for some Dear Hunter, so I'll be checking out the single in a couple days.

I loved the color spectrum and I appreciate the diversity and scope of it, but I honestly only liked about half of the actual songs. The acts are a bit more consistent.

It sounds like it's going to be even more of a concept album musically then the first three acts, based on the fact that it plays back a part of the bitter suite and because of the ending. Plus, it has a real musical/soundtrack sort of feeling. Love it.

I liked The Color Spectrum and Migrant. But I think it's been made pretty clear now that this grandiose style just suits him so much more.

That song is great. It even has a reprise bit of Bitter Suite 1 going on at the end. Hoping for the entire Act to have this quality.

New song is awesome, super pumped for this.

Dug the new track for the most part, but it felt a bit bloated. Could have done with some trimming of the fat, it kind of meanders a bit too long in the middle of the track. Absolutely love the Bitter Suite melody reprises though, they were a pretty good touch. Don't love this band as much as I used to but they're still probably among my top 10

So with this mewithoutyou deluxe vinyl I just preordered I'm kinda on a record kick. Does anybody know the details on the pre-order packages for this? It says the ox blood variant is limited to 500 and the swamp green variant is limited to 1500, but is that only if you order the deluxe set, or are the vinyl-only preorders limited to that as well? I'm only questioning it because this: http://modern-vinyl.com/2015/06/16/dear-hunters-newest-up-for-pre-order/ says the limited edition one only comes with the deluxe set. But he might just be talking about the ox blood variant.
