| |
Excited for their next record.
| |
Fuck yeah!
| |
step 2: upgrade from dying cat vocalist
setp 3: ---
step 4: profit
| |
hopefully they can hire someone to produce their album who isn't retarded
I love Desolate Peaks, but it's so awfully produced it's hard to listen to it
| |
Awesome news they really deserve it.
| |
great news. great band.
| |
cringe worthy vocals!!
| |
honestly does this guy have any balls?!
| |
No Sleep only signs bands that sound like every other band on the label.
| |
Never found any issues with production.
| |
The production on desolate peaks is similiar to a lot of screamo records so if you like screamo you shouldn't really complain about that. @dcha no sleep has a pretty good variety actually

oops double post
| |
sweet

Yeah maybe the vocals need getting used to, but they're far from awful in my opinion.
| |
It probably isn't kvlt enough for most people.

it's not just that it's "raw." the drums are way too compressed, and the entire mix is incredibly flat and it really dampens some of the power on the record. everything is so muddy you can barely make anything out
| |
Yeah I'm not saying its great production but i don't see why it should bother people who are fans of the genre
| |
No Sleep is a solid label, good to hear.

The production on screamo records is never as bad as desolate peaks. Pg. 99 had some raw production but you could listen to it without feeling your eardrums ache
