we drift like worried fire has a few elements that remind me of more recent post-rock bands. soaring, quickly-strummed guitar and steady, thumping drum beats. hard to explain what i mean. great song. this might be their most cohesive album. sounds like one big piece with one very distinct direction, rather than being divided into movements. less diverse than their earlier albums, for sure.

Same for me, GY!BE is either night music or cold, rainy, and windy day music, and it's way easier to replicate night over rain/wind. So turn off the lights, close the blinds, and listen to GY!BE, unless you're at work or school or something. Then just blast converge all you want.
