I almost posted this article myself. The EP is fucking good. Sounds like the Oceansize split was a lot more bitter than it first seemed. I read in some interview that Mike was out for a beer with Durose recently, so I'm guessing that there was a rift between Vennart/Gambler and Heron/Hodson.

i don't even like speculating as to why they broke up. makes me sad.

this EP rules so hard

The guitar work is great. Mike Vennart is officially my favorite guitarist. His style is so lush.

Apparently there's going to be a physical release soon as well. It sounds like it's going to stuff that isn't on this EP too.

i haven't heard anything about a physical release for this, but vennart's said that the money raised from the ep will help fund a physical copy of their next ep.

Mike's hair is getting so gray :o
