The Nova Echo hiatus

Asheville electro-rockers, The Nova Echo, announced via Facebook today that they're going on an indefinite hiatus:

Hello everyone... it is with a somewhat bittersweet refreshment that I'm writing this post, but the time has come for us to put The Nova Echo on an indefinite hold. I would just like to say, first and foremost, thank ALL of you for the support you've given us over the years. Words cannot really express how much we all appreciate it, and we love each and every one of you. This has been a positive experience for all of us, and we're most definitely ending (for now) on a positive note. At this point in our lives, we've come to the conclusion that this project has to take a backseat to our personal careers. We've had the privilege of sharing this experience with lots of amazing friends, and we are very grateful for that. We will most likely continue to play some shows off and on, but need some time away for now. If you're in Asheville and would like to see us, tonight at Emerald Lounge would be a good time, as we have no idea when we'll be playing here again.

Thank you all for everything, you really mean the world to us.

I was at their "final show" last night in Asheville, NC. I didn't realize anyone on Sputnik knew about these guys! Bittersweet ending. Caleb and Even are two of the best dudes to ever exist on this planet.
