They said this was a one off*, and they also said their next album is going to be heavier than their previous albums, as
most of the band listen to Parkway Drive rather than All Time Low. Josh is going to be screaming again aswell.

*Quick trick to bring in some cash.

Anyway, I hardly like the band, they're just local fellows so I tend to know what's going on. I've met them a few times,
the guitarists are nice, but Josh is quite douchey.

I met Chiddy Bang at a festival in the UK...the rapper was alright, but the drummer seemed a bit retarded, like he couldn't remember who he was or something.



Plus, they were shit.

it's like some backwards Airplanes thing. But I don't know I thought it was alright.

Apparently they're also releasing an EP as a metal side project this year.

It's not, and it's not. Thankfully.

yeah I heard them on the radio last week plus on their twitter's or whatever the effort they've gone to to make clear that this isnt going to be on the new album suggests to me they don't want anyone to think this is an indicator of where they're headed musically.

Also, seeing You Me At Six when they support Blink 182 next year in the UK, should be a good show, irrespective of what Blink's new stuff sounds like...

song's dire, as expected. also, one of the worst bands i've seen live (twice, unfortunately), mainly because the vocalist makes my skin crawl.

This band are capable of much better. Their next album will indeed be make or break, so they better decide which direction they really want to go in.

@Sanders, not sure.. hopefully someone decent, I reckon it'll be an american band though.

And in a interview with them I read, I got the vibe that the next album is going to just end up confused. Apparently half the band want to go heavier, as that's the music they like, and the other half want to stay as they are, incase they lose fans. So it could potentially just end up as a confused ADTR style album.

@SaveYourBreath, was it Josh who did the screaming on the early releases?

Indeed it was, but I have no idea if he'll sound like that on the new record. He's (and Max) been screaming during The Consequence live sometimes though, when they have no one else to (Sean Smith, Oli Sykes, the like..).

I got that "confused" vibe even with the last album.
