a music fest here in ottawa had taps where you could refill your bottle for free. Should be a must for all festivals

The Warped Tour is and always has been all about making as much money as possible. That's not going to change because one person died and a subsequent online petition. If you have a problem with that, go to a show at a local club instead for a fifth of the price.
