2006-07-29 by Muisee | 9 Comments
Chad Kroeger's lawyer has released a statment on the Nickelback singer's DUI charge. Marvin Stern said he will be treated like anyone else charged with a offense, despite his celebrity status. Stern also said that the singer wanted to make it clear that drinking and driving is not cool.
The singer is due in court August 25th.

 I'm going to drink and drive because Chad Kroeger did it and he's my hero.

No, but it's cool he's getting treated normally.

I agree, verbally rape him for how horrifyingly bad Nickleback is

Yea there's nothing worse than a decent rock band who writes catchy songs nope. There the worst band ever aren't they. They only get hits every album because they suck so bad! I like your thinking

But seriously
Stern also said that the singer wanted to make it clear that drinking and driving is not cool.

That part was kinda funny.

The goodness of a band is directly proportional to how many records they sell! That's why Nickelback will never be as good as Mariah Carey, Michael Bolton, Kenny G, Garth Brooks, or NSYNC!

I like your thinking

No, none of their songs are good enough to listen [to]. Someday you will realize this and feel very foolish about yourself.

Nickelback has a couple ok songs. If they got rid of Chad Kroger, then they'd have a good band.

You wouldn't know they were Nickelback without him. All mainstream rock bands have interchangeable guitarists and rhythm sections. They're just short haired white guys with blank stares and no other discernable features. You couldn't tell the drummer from Seether or the bassist from Puddle of Mudd apart (just throwing out two random examples).

you would if youwere the drummer from seether or the bassist from puddle of mudd....

i'm sure they are able to distinguish themselves from one another....

though the rest of the band members may hava difficult time
