lol, I don't doubt it. I bumped into a friend @ Parklife who got his ticket for $50 the day before the festival and I almost raged.

You folks down under have a helluva show this year. Not sure what the conversion rate is these days but I know I'd toss out $50 to see Muse, The Mars Volta, Mastodon, Rise Against and The Decemberists without a whole lot of thought.

Our dollar is actually strengthening in comparison to yours right now Mike. Tickets are more like $100 US.

Yeah, I got mine. I only took about 3 minutes filling the crap out, but spent 2 or so more checking everything was right, so I must have just scraped in.

Billy, play around on the ticketmaster site & familiarise yourself with the screens. Obviously, become a member if you aren't already. Also, find the direct link to the relevant page. That way you won't have to click through 3 or 4 times to get there.

It might take a while for your email to come through, unless you have already got it. Took an hour for mine to come through and one of my friends got hers at midday.
