10. What Were We Made For?
11. Is This Real?
12. Nothing is What It Seems
13. Fireflies

I'll just be pleased if this is as good as their self-titled LP.

I dunno it will take a lot to win me back over. I loved Anthony Green in Saosin, and I was okay with Cov/thought their full length was decent...until I saw them live and he was terrible, then he was a douche when we saw him outside afterward.

Won't top Translating the Name.
Will be better than the LP, because the three new songs off the Gray EP were better than anything off the LP.

September is going to rule.

I have yet to see them live... Maybe I will continue to stay away.

And yes, there are some great releases during the 2nd half of this year.

How come Anthony wrote catchy, memorable vocal melodies with Saosin, and yet his solo stuff/circa survive are kind of... Un-memorable?

Was gonna comment on how this doesn't matter since Green is gone, but I see that's been covered. And SuperDuck, Circa Survive are great, c'mon man!

They're good, just not that great or special. I thought for the most part Translating the name was Green at the best he has been yet, kinda wondering when/if he'll top it.

I genuinely have no idea why everyone hates Cove and thinks that Anthony was better. Cove is a good singer and his voice fits the music really well. Furthermore, the Saosin self-titled LP is a great album. I hope this one will be great, as well.

Yeah Anthony's voice is a bit whiny for my taste. I'm pumped for this record. Their debut still hasn't grown off of me.

What did he do/say that was douchey?

He was just standing around outside so we all went up to him to say "good show" or something (which would have been a lie but we said it anyway), and he just made eye contact with us, started walking back towards the venue, and came inches away from doing that douchey, intentional bump into somebody when you walk past them thing. Never even opened his mouth to say anything.

i see people saying this all the time and i always roll my eyes. anthony green is one of the most overrated vocalists of all time. he's good for sure, but goddamn.

You should have coyly dissed Joseph Smith while he was in earshot. I've actually heard a couple of stories about Cove being kind of ignorant.

His voice is cool, I doubt people are saying his voice is the best ever, I think what people really mean is that Saosin's work with Anthony was far more creative, unique and memorable than anything since. It doesn't necessarily mean Anthony was solely responsible, just that he's associated with their best material. Their self titled was good, maybe even great, but it lacked that little something that Anthony brought to the band, whether or not he's lived up to TTN and TSOAF's hype or not.

Plus Anthony's a fun and likeable guy with a good vibe around his fans. He's done some great work to balance out his less great stuff, and he's the sort of guy you'd party with. Plus I hear he's down with narcotics, which is always a plus, whereas Cove is a teetotal vegetarian mormon who chastises groupies when they try to fuck him (I saw him mention that on some interview), and i've heard a couple stories about his doucheness. Pfft.

I'd still party with the dude. He doesn't seem like the sort of guy who'd ever intentionally be a dick.

maybe biased as I've never really listened to their EP but I like Cove's vocals and can't see a big difference between Cove in Saosin and Green in Circa Survive. Either way I hope they mix it up with this one. They had some great songs on the self-titled but they all sounded too similar.

Why didn't Love Maker make the tracklist!? That was the best song from The Grey EP. I fear I may be disappointed with this. I hope I'm wrong.
