Kind of bad.

They have a few decent songs.
|
| |
Yeah they're not terrible

i liked their first cd when it came out cuz i was glad to hear seven string guitars in mainstream music without it sounding like korn or staind or that shit, but this new song sucks.

Song sucks
So Far Away is the only thing i like by them....a bit too polished but those chorus harmonies are so good
|
| |
i concur, they do have some okay songs
but this is not good at all.

They know how to write catchy vocal melodies and are fairly tight, but nothing else to differentiate them from the masses.

First cd is full of some very catchy hooks and like someone said above, i was very happy to hear some seven strings not used like korn. Hopefully the new album was done on real drums though! The electronic kit sounded way to over-produced on the first two cd's. Looking forward to checking out this tune....

Cold and So Far Away are their only good songs. I won't bother with this.

Ed Sloan's voice is great with a mix of country and hard rock in their music. But with this song, they eliminate that. That was really the only thing crossfade had going for them. The bass and drumming were just OK and the guitar (done by sloan himself) was never great. Now they just went in the opposite direction. The main talent, Ed Sloan, needs to be used more, not less.
