There are plenty of surgeons and hospitals that strictly work without blood transfusions cause they are absolutely terrible out dated methods to work with. He has enough money to get a bloodless surgery, and reduces his risks of getting any diseases from someone else blood. My aunt got hepatitis C from a blood transfusion and someone else i know got an std, so its not the smartest thing to go with.
