'21st Century Breakdown' and 'Past Of Least Resistance' sound similar.

I want blink182 to return as the enema of the state guys...fun and catchy. I'll definitley buy this album, but for the time being I'm by far looking foward to the Green Day one more.

"Past of Least Resistance" could easily just mean that they're going to crank out a good pop-punk album or at least something
similar to the last one and not try to push the music for this album. The same way that Fear Factory's "Archetype" let fans know
what to expect before it even came out.

alright so we've established that Blink were a decent band back in the day and found a way to write music that reached ppl who wouldn't even think of touching punk music (pop aspect)
self-titled was different from all their previous albums but all of it was good. Tom failed big time with A&A / Travis and Mark are alright - but they're all the best when together.

i say we let this play out (knowing all the super eager fanboys/girls will buy this no matter what - even if you crush their dreams on a forum) as well as knowing Blink is just in it for the money - or to re-live their past fame

who knows...they might pull something new out of the hat...
