yeah, kinda my feelings too, seems like a grower though. I didn't get past the 3rd track.
|
| |
the album starts off real boring but picks up and just gets better and better
|
| |
yeah this album is really good. im happy it doesnt sound as bad as the recent eps. the added increase of female vocals are a nice touch and much better than the female vocals on previous albums. i was never bored while listening to this album and ive listened to it 3 times already

Could never really get into these guys, but I'll give this a shot.

good to know gaslight, either way I plan on getting this for sure.
|
| |
album is mad cool
|
| |
Quality of the album fluctuates throughout, which is kinda annoying.
|

agreed, there are definitely some really great parts though, i.e. The Wanting Comes in Waves, The Queen's Rebuke, Annan Water.

probably their best album

the guest vocals on Wanting Comes In Waves are fucking sublime. and that lead riff mmmmmmm.
|

singing is meh, as usual. instruments are amazing, as usual. overall product is unpleasing.
