The first 2 parts are brilliant on first listen. Although, listening to all 4 sections in one go is a bit tiresome at first.

Maybe I'll get it if I have free time. I liked The Fragile, but nothing else. I always found his instrumental stuff to be significantly better though.

Well said eggsvonsatan. One of my favourite albums of all time. Seems to me that people who are just now discovering NIN really seem to dig Year Zero. And no, I'm not trying to make that comment out to sound like I'm an elitist! Everybody is entitled to their opinion.

No, it's just that Year Zero was ultimately badass, and the only people who want to criticise it are taking off of the fact that statement "New NIN sucks! It's all commercial!"

This is amazing so was year zero. as good as the fragile imo, not better tho.

Year Zero was good, but it couldn't match up to either the Fragile or The Downward Spiral. Maybe Pretty Hate Machine, but definitely not the first two I listed.

With Teeth is just plain bad.

This was worth every bit of those 2 hours it took to get through the site. My favorites are 8, 14, and a bunch in the 20's.


Some of them feel like random doodles though.

A few do, I agree.

But it doesn't make it any less amazing.

oy ok maybe my music industry statement was overstated. But theres a truth in showing that you don't need a major label anymore with the growing technology (First Radiohead now NIN).

It's a long ways to go for sure....but hey you gotta start somewhere ::shrugs::
