Balmora got nuked 2026-06-02 by gregorgojira | 3 Comments | 5 days after the release of their debut album These Graven Halls, Balmora bassist Danny Cuneo has stated via Instagram that the band has been "nuked" after grooming allegations were brought against founding guitarist Jay Torblaa. This comes a mere 1 day before their headlining tour was scheduled to start in Boston, MA. A full statement can be found below.
"I said this shit. Band is nuked. Don't real fuck with all this weirdo shit, My fault slimes, I'm out.
I started this shit years ago with my homie Brandon kinda just turned into a shitty monster of a band. Don't fuck with people using their bands to act weird talking to those who are younger/vulnerable."
Holder and Azshara will continue to play the dates as planned without Balmora, with Florida dates featuring Contention, and Texas stops featuring Outta Pocket and Fatal Realm.
