In the last month, Muse have spoke about their new album and another live DVD from the Black Holes and Revelations tour.

First, the DVD will come, titled 'The HAARP Tour : Live From Wembley', released on December 3rd. The tracklist is as follows:

1. Knights Of Cydonia
2. Hysteria
3. Supermassive Black Hole
4. Map of the Problematique
5. Butterflies and Hurricanes
6. Hoodoo
7. Feeling Good
8. Invincible
9. Starlight
10. Time is Running Out
11. Newborn
12. Soldier's Poem
13.Unintended
14. Blackout
15. Plug In Baby
16. Stockholm Syndrome
17. Take A Bow

The DVD will come in three formats: A CD/DVD digipack version with postcards (finally!), a CD/DVD, and a DVD.

Second, Muse plan to write their follow-up to Black Holes and Revelations in the new year. Drummer Dom Howard states it will most likely have a more electronic feel.

This looks good, from the youtube videos I've seen, Muse is beastly live.

Muse more electronic? Who would have thought it?

Oh wait. Everyone who listens to Muse.

And seriously, I think they've gone above and beyond proving they aren't a Radiohead rip-off.

As long as they still use guitars. blegh. I can't stand newer Radiohead.

Didn't In Rainbows have a decent amount of guitar work? I'm actually not really stoked about the new album if they say it's going to be electronic, since the more electronic feel they had on BHAR was enough to somewhat annoy me.

Also, oh, how I wish they put "Muscle Museum" on the setlist. How I love that song.

Radiohead & Muse comparisons = lulz

Looks like they turned around the setlist.

"Map of the Problematique" is an amazing song which sounds really electronically but somehow Matt Bellamy gets that opening sound out of a guitar

Random question: I was watching a Buick commercial over the summer and i heard to lyrics to "Feeling Good" but it was totally changed and a woman was singing it, has anyone else seen this or heard of this?

Muse lending their music for Buick commercials?

erm...Nina Simone????

Map Of The Problematique is probably my favourite Muse song, even though electronic music is horrible.

I was at that show and I'll probably be buying the DVD because it was just that good.

Sure "Map of the Problematique" was a good example of their electronic sound, but I really don't want to hear any other "Supermassive Blackhole"-like songs. What a hell that would be.

When they say electronic I'm pretty sure they mean things more in the vein of Take a Bow.

Yah I hope they'll find a way to keep their insane energy in electronic songs....IMO they were always better in songs like KoC and Plug In Baby as opposed to SBH and such.

Naah I don't like this, well except for the DVD part that awesome but they shouldn't get more electronic songs that means more songs like SMBH and (I personally) think that sucks x'D I liked their ablums Showbiz, Absolution and Orgin alot more than BHAR.

I just hope they find a way between those CD's.
But I've got to say the setlist from the DVD is awesome.
