It's pretty much RoN gone Black Crown Initiate. Pretty good for sure, but it feels a bit too streamlined compared to their older stuff. Missed when they where more proggy.

Huge fan of "Rivers of Nihil" by Rivers of Nihil from Rivers of Nihil! (I have not listened to the album)

They did pretty great this one. Like it better than The Work.

Where Owls Know My Name is fantastic but almost feels like a fluke at this point

Hated the singles but as a whole this is very cohesive and fun. Really well done except the production that is as sterile as any other metal release and it is a shame because this bands always had its own sound and personality.
