All Aboard the Shellac Train 2024-03-21 by didnt ask to be staff, was made staff anyway, then got demoted for not doing staff stuff | 12 Comments | Shellac, the legendary Chicago noise daddies, are finally back from their fruitful decade of producing and spawning a few new generations of noise rock bands. After 10 years of studio absence as a collective they have announced a new album out May 17th titled To All Trains via their own Touch and Go Records.
No new single has yet been released. Better yet, according to the band, this announcement is all the promotional campaign they are going to do for the album. Here's the name, the date, the cover. Wait till May, you media-saturated noise slut. Amen!
