Motionless in White's World-Ending Score

2022-06-03 by Vanilla Scoop Rangler (don\'t come near me I have a gun) | 10 Comments
Metalcore band Motionless In White have released their title track, "Scoring The End of The World" featuring the video game composer for Doom: Mick Gordon.

Instead of the more aggressive "Slaughterhouse" and "BFG Division" side of things, the song has more of a "Freak On A Leash" or "Down With The Sickness" type of vibe.

The album "Scoring The End of The World" will come out on June 10th.

Preorders for the LP and exclusive merch are available on miwmerch.com, selling CDs, vinyl, and signed pictures of the band.

Have a listen:

So sterile and lifeless. Probably the worst evolution of their sound they could’ve taken. Grown men writing this type of stuff is a big red flag.

Imagine that you had the opportunity to have Mick Gordon in your track and you release something that had NOTHING you can hear and say "that's Mick Gordon" lmao

I think the "feat Mick Gordon" is just a gag in the core scene. Brause his feats are so unnecessary but he is super popular at the moment. Can't stand the vocals but the song itself isn't that bad.

The only resemblance to him was the eerie synth in some parts and that was it.

Hmm.. this would have been mediocre in the early 2000s. It certainly doesnt sound any better now
