Smile Empty Soul stream Dopamine 2018-08-10 by RoderickINM | 7 Comments | American post-grunge band Smile Empty Soul have streamed a brand new video for the song "Dopamine" from their last album Oblivion, released on May 25, via MRAfia Records. This is band's third promotional video for the album, with the first one being for the song "Stars," and the second for their song "My Name." Also, the band is currently touring with nu-metal act Flaw in promotion of their new record.

They had a dispute with them and then they tried to break contract so the label wouldn’t let them release the entire album for like 6 years, basically killing all the momentum they had as a band

"Our old label (Lava Records) was not as into our second record ("Anxiety") and kept pushing the release date back further and further. We were pissed because of the way they were handling the situation so we did everything we could to get dropped. It eventually worked but left a bad taste in our mouths of major label bullshit."
