Phantoms is a great album
However, this just sounds waaay too contemporary. And that Instagram/iOS-esque music video does not help
| | | I loved these guys in high school. Take Cover is a jam.
| | | Super bland, it sounds like it was a song commissioned for a "happy pill" commercial.

ehhhh
| | | took me a long time to come to terms with these guys' breakup
| | | Yeah. Acceptance can be hard.
| | | Song was decent
| | | Not bad, but agreed that it's pretty bland. Phantoms was never a ground breaking album, but it had just the right balance of energy and catchiness that made it work. Hopefully this new album strikes a similar balance.
| | | yeah pretty boring ..
this song they released earlier this year was better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UguDleVeXo8
| | | I would feel acceptance about a comeback kid song but this I don't even interest
