Tony Iommi cancer update

2016-08-10 by judasgoat | 33 Comments
Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi has recently announced that his cancer is in remission, as reported by the Birmingham Mail.

Iommi will still need to go in for blood tests every six weeks to check for the cancer's return, but as of now, he is in good shape.

The article at Birmingham Mail has a video that can be watched here: http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/black-sabbaths-tony-iommi-reveals-11726966

Black Sabbath are currently taking a break from their final tour, but will return to the road next week and through to the end of September.

Nice to see he kicked cancer's ass. I will see them in November and now I'm even more anxious since it seems Iommi will have more energy now
