I wonder what the new material will sound like, I hope its something really cool and fast. I'm not to keen on the slower stuff.
| | | wait did they write the new music?, or are they only releasing it now? This Message Edited On 04.11.06
| | | i hope it's the latter
| | | I'm pretty sure this is going to be newly-composed music, since if there was old unreleased music we would have heard it by now. I'm pretty sure everything the four Beatles ever touched has been milked for all its worth already.
This should be interesting, though it really won't be "the Beatles" music, even if McCartney tries to evoke the sounds of his past. I'll be on the lookout for it though.

Thats what i would think. But this will be...interesting.
| | | Intriguing. Hopefully it lives up to the Beatles name. Still, it will be interesting if nothing else.
| | | The last thing I heard was that a beatles compilation called Heavy was going to be released. Featuring the beatles heavier music including what the album was named after "I Want You (She's So Heavy)," and it would feature some unreleased songs. But I don't know what to think about this.
| | | I doubt its going to be Ringo and McCartney making music together, do you honestly think they would do that. Just last year they said they would never tour or work together. Im sure its just some unreleased stuff, or just false news.
Edit: Looks like he forgot to add the last paragraph from Gigwise
Speaking of the new album, Apple chief Neil Aspinall said: "It involves the creation, by the remixing and remastering of The Beatles' recorded performances, of completely new music, which will be featured in the show, and which should lead to the release of the show album," This Message Edited On 04.13.06
