not very professional. if i was a fan in the audience, i'd probably never buy another Fallout Boy album or ticket again.

Not that I particularly like Pete Wentz, but if some fag is hurling abuse at you when you're trying to play a show- he deserves to get punched.

Also in Pete's defense, the guy was probably some skinny 'scene' kid who was only heckling him because he was pissed that the band got big or because it made him feel tough.

Either way, Wentz did the same thing I would've done, therefore, he did the right thing.

According to Wentz the guy grabbed him first.
I am not even that mad at Petey. I think he for the most part stayed out of the mess. It was security and fans that really beat the guy into a bloody pulp.
