The Discovery was by far their best, without Jason Richardson this will probably unfortunately be about on par with Tomorrow We Die Alive (ugh that title)

In keeping with their previous pattern of alternating great releases and weird releases, next one should be awesome.

Ya agree with games about people blowing jasons role in the band out of proportion. I'm stoked for this although a little worried because lee's working on his solo album at da same time so where do the best riff and solos go?

I still love The Discovery but I have to agree with RivalSkoomaDealer here: Tomorrow We Die Alive was such horse shit that it'll nearly take a miracle to get me to pony up one red cent.

Cameron already posted a snippet on his instagram showing more of The New Reign type sound. However, I think there's obviously going to be solos regardless. So maybe a combination of all the albums is in place?

According to a short clip I heard, the new stuff sounds A LOT like The New Reign. The band even said this themselves.

TWD(Delta sign) was pretty disappointing, but showed a bit of instrumental promise. The Discovery was their drummer's love-child, so if they allow him to take the (new) reigns (haha, get it?) then we could be in for a great surprise.

I just really don't think Jason Richardson was responsible for The Discovery's high quality or his departure for the sound change in the followup. I think the band just changed directions. Their albums all kinda sound different in their own way without actually changing genres.

I'm predicting that they go death metal (The Discovery 2) on this album but Last album sucked but hopefully they can make more songs like 'Exhilarate' on the album, that was a really fun Genericore song.
