Vildhjarta New Song Preview

2013-01-28 by GringoSuave89 | 44 Comments
Vildhjarta has posted a clip of their new song "Regnar Bensin" from the upcoming EP, "Thousands of Evils". This follows from last September's video of another new song, not yet titled.

At this time, the EP has no release date, but is expected to be released this year.

Fuck those clips were awesome. Usually I find djent boring, but there was certainly something unique about that.

They're definitely sounding at the top of their game here. This actually sounded pretty unique. A lot of "djent" music seems to get pretty samey, but this is pretty rad.

Vildhjarta, Uneven Structures, Tesseract, and Periphery are the only "djent" I care for, and Tesseract is on thin ice.

now Meshuggah, on the other hand. They're fucking INSANE. Refuse to call them djent, and if you do you should feel bad.

I'm just happy Vildhjarta has clean passages that seem more fleshed out. The other ones didn't feel like they fit.

Damn this is gross. Never really liked them, but that DOW DOW DOW DOW (dissonant bend) DOW......, is really starting to grow on me. Btw BTBAM in this, common man thats a little silly.

Well, the BTBAM I hear is the pre-Alaska version. There is a bit of noodling in the usual Vildhjarta dissonance.
