Meh.
|
| |
so they can't even do decent pop songs any more either
|
| |
never had faith in the first place since band has been trash for over a decade
|
| |
Song is alright but pretty meh. I hope there is at least a few more tracks like Let Yourself Go since that songs pretty awesome.
|
| |
Green Day, noooooooo
|
| |
That was very bad, it was the same goddamn thing the entire time. I'm sure the producer came up this perfect pop single for them to make sure the album would sell and they just wrote the stupid fucking shoot the fucking dj lyrics.
|
| |
I heard this song before, it was godawful
|
| |
why do people care/give the band a chance anymore? fool you once shame on them, fool you 30000 times shame on you.
|
| |
I love this song. Fuck everyone else.
|
| |
American Idiot was their swan song. Even though it wasn't perfect, it's the last good thing they put out. 21st century didn't happen, and this just isn't even Green Day anymore.
|
| |
Yeah this was terrible.
|
| |
"I can't believe that this is the same band that made "Jesus in Suburbia"
lol
|
| |
Someone's been listening to Franz Ferdinand
|
| |
since when have Green Day's lyrics been anything special
|
| |
Fuck, something is saying that this hit won't be better than 21st century breakdown.
|
| |
"Someone's been listening to Franz Ferdinand"
But Franz Ferdinand is at least a thousand times better than this shit. 21th Century Breakdown was far from being a masterpiece, but it still had a couple of fun songs. This on the other hand is completely embarrasing.
|
| |
I don't like the first two singles either (and 99 Revolutions), but most of the other songs I've heard from these albums have been good.
Go on Youtube and check out Wild One, Nuclear Family, Lady Cobra, Makeout Party, It's Fuck Time, and Stay The Night.
|
| |
Wasn't mad on that at all. =/
|
| |
This is just embarrassing. They could of quit after American Idiot and still left a pretty respectable legacy behind, but it just seems they're intent on crapping on everything good they've done with tripe like this.
|
| |
But Franz Ferdinand is at least a thousand times better than this shit. [2]
|
| |
They should've quit after American Idiot.
|
| |
this is abysmal
|
| |
Let yourself go isn't terrible
compared to this anyway
|
| |
Embarassing
|
| |
But Franz Ferdinand is at least a thousand times better than this shit. [3]
terrible [999]
|
| |
Kind of fucked up they still don't acknowledge the other guitar player. Band hasn't been good since Nimrod
|
| |
@bubbahotep92
Green Day has offered Jason White an official position in the band numerous times, but he just hasn't accepted.
|
| |
dumb song name and album title. dumb band.
|
| |
Who the fuck is comparing FF to shit like this?
Kill the DJ more like Kill the Green Day
|
| |
Wow, they make something like riding motorcycles sissy. How pathetic.
|
| |
I would kill the DJ if he played this song. That'd be such a buzzkill.
|
| |
Uno!
Dos!
Tres!
I cannot believe that they are doing this. Wait, yes I can.
|
| |
I thought it was fine...not great but fine.
|
| |
Someone kill the Green Day. Shoot the fucking Green Day.
|
| |
It's a bit catchy but it doesn't even sound like a Green Day song, it hardly changes, it's just verse chorus verse and by the end I hate the chorus from hearing it so many times. It just sounds like a song that was written for them by some guy hired by the label to be a huge radio hit like 'Pumped Up Kicks' to ignite the airwaves and help them sell extra million copies.
|
| |
I can't imagine three albums of this.
|
| |
Woah, wtf happened, the last song they released for this album wasn't that bad, and they go from that
to this BS?
I can't believe that this is the same band that made 'Jesus in Suburbia'
Maybe because the song is actually called Jesus of Suburbia.
|
| |
that sucked, Imma spin dookie
|
| |
When I first heard the bridge part in the preview video, I thought it was awesome...too bad the rest
isn't (though it'd be a bit better without the annoying repetitive chorus)
Making three albums was an awful decision, because everything is going to be filler
|
| |
Yeah, I agree with you there Mabbitt.
Even if they were working on three; I think it'd be best to have kept it a secret and said they were focussing on one. I can imagine that it feels stretched out and their ideas are a bit all over the place.
|
| |
Oh love and this are terrible. Let Yourself Go was okay, but my god, let's just say I'm less than stoked for this album, i don't even want to think about the other two...
|
| |
This song isn't amazing but it sounds like it may grow on me in a good way. I like the chorus and the
song flows pretty well. At least the songs are happier this time around. 21st century breakdown grew
off me and now sounds pretty depressing as a whole. Still, Billy Joe chose to keep that weird echo
post-production affect that started in 21st bd. Maybe it is just the mic he is using, but I doubt that.
|
| |
Shut up.
|
| |
Someone kill green day
|
| |
intotheshit, I have a right to like music that sounds good to me. You don't need to tell me what to do, as it won't change any thing. Fuck off.
|
| |
Shut up
|
| |
Shut up
|
| |
Shut up
|
| |
Lol
I digress.
|
| |
Shut up
|
| |
i actually liked this a lot
