Survival is terrible. I don't have high expectations from this album.

It was pretty packed on 17th Sept with The Killers, Gallows, The Maine, LTA, WATO.

I thought Survival was the song for the Olympics. It's also on the new album? Well, there goes the last of the remaining hope for the album to be anything better than horrendously terrible.

Cover is shit, survival is shit and it's a joke that they're putting it on the album, they're apparently influenced by skrillex now which is shit, album will be shit. Probably even worse than the resistance.

Unless I'm feeling particularly masochistic I probably won't listen to this. The Resistance was painful enough, I'm not sure I even managed to make it all the way through.

I still haven't listened to Survival. I'm not going to either. I find it impossible to feel psyched for this in any way with the prospect of the new Snoop Lion album coming at some point.

I have a bad feeling about this, at least we have their LP's since showbiz until black hole and revelations. Survival sounds really force and some tracks of resistance were a disgrace.

Going to give Muse a second chance with this one, was not a fan of all the songs on The Resistance but
maybe they will change my mind.

Couldn't have put it better myself. I was completely convinced that the 2nd Law was a big, ironic joke. "It's so hilariously bad, there's no way in hell it could be for real," I thought. Now that I realise this is not the case, I am thoroughly, thoroughly unnerved.
