Take a look, fillies and fellas: the only time you'll see an Alesana record with a 4.6 rating.

Someone ought to screencap that...;-)

Can't believe I'm about to listen to this. "The Third Temptation of Paris" is the best song they've ever done, in my opinion, and even still it's a huge guilty pleasure.

Too early for me to make it through the entire album, but the opener I recalls The Emptiness's theatricality, and I love that.

Alesana is going down hill, didn't like the single they released from this. Will still give it a listen but the screamer is what makes them unique (along with their whacky stage precense)

This album is solid and you can see the band changing direction, maturing even. That being said I liked their screamer's influence on the previous album, but as a whole this was the better direction to go.

I got the physical album today (apparently, pre-ordering it gets it to you early), and so far my favorite song is Circle VII:
Sins Of The Lion. Only through the first act though.

Yeah, because if I didn't like Alesana before, them implementing smooth jazz in the background of half their songs would really change my mind...
