I have digged every new Megadeth album since System Has Failed. United Abominations was terrific, and Endgame topped even that. Megadeth were shit from 1994 to the early 2000's but they've since shaped up.

I envision there will be less emphasis on thrash and either more acoustic guitars/Load era hard rock and/or progressive stylings for the group

then again Reed wrote the majority of the arrangements and apparently the Metallica sound isn't too distinctive
