This might be the best album this genre has to offer. I've listened to it about 3 times and I already love it more than "The Upsides"... which is a feat in itself.

there's so much better pop punk out there
this is solid but I don't get why sputnik collectively jizzes over this.

i can't get into this at all. i might always have something against after hearing that bit about drowning sorrows in lucky charms and soy milk. although this seemed somewhat better than the upsides

This album rules. It's better than the Upsides and that's saying a lot because that album also rules. It doesn't however, top the new Fireworks album imo.

@balcaen, I'm in the same spot as you. None of my friends listen to pop-punk, so I'm forced to play gay popular rap in order to please the majority in my car. Anyways, this album is unreal, somewhere I saw someone call this The Wonder Years' Deja Entendu, or the Deja Entendu of pop-punk.....I guess we'll have to wait a few years and see.

I just blast Thrice, pg. 99, Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge, Off Minor, Gospel, or Pig Destroyer in my car, and anyone who doesn't like it is fucking walking.

@danielito19 what bands would you consider better than this?

i asked him and he gave me this: Gatsbys American Dream, Say Anything, Motion City Soundtrack, Rise Against's newest album, The Bouncing Souls, Jimmy Eat World, Millencolin, Lagwagon.

none of which are pop punk imo

How the fuck aren't Motion City Soundtrack and Say Anything pop-punk?!

I like this but a 4.4 average is just ridiculous.

you need a fuckin' 90s blink-182 voice for pop punk
