There was another post like this a while ago but it was some gay indie band.

At least this is a little closer to the mark.

lol at the responses

this is a local band getting some worldwide recognition. I think they pull off their tag pretty well. Of course the production values aren't huge.

Ok i finally got to listen to this, and it wasn't that bad...

...but the video is terrible, it doesn't fit at all.

then uh they should spend more time making good music with good production rather than wanking about in front of a camera

Frozen path is okay, though Solace Forever was more the best track and kind of made everything else seem meh in comparison. I like the tone for this though, as far as guitars go, but yeah pretty much what everyone else said as far as production.

The samples sound pretty good. I didn't know the last three tracks were live though. I wonder how that's going to work out.

If it were Wintersun, it would probably be an April Fool's joke anyways,

God dammit. Every time I - or anyone on sputnik it seems - sees any news article with "winter" in the title, I hope that its about Wintersun.

Fuck you, Jari. Fuck you.

I don't think the lack of comprehension is Jari's fault.

No, but him giving every Wintersun/old Ensiferum fan the musical equivalent of blue balls is.
